A note on Happiness

If you keep pretending to be happy, you'll wind up in more places and situations where you don't want to be. Pretending to be happy is putting on a smile for someone you like when you're in a bad mood. Its saying you're "fine" when you're really hungry. It's acting nice and humble when you're hiding anger. If you keep pretending, will things get better? Think about it. If you tell people what you really feel or tell them the non-biased situation you're in or tell a person to stop being an asshole, it has this curious effect of giving you what you want. Getting what you want makes you happy right? I'm talking about the real kind of happiness, not the pretend stuff.
