The first step to healing in any profession is listening. I must understand that my blood is the life giving energy that physically heals my body. My mind controls the flow and my breath controls the strength. There must be no obstruction for my body to be healthy.
Honesty is a virtue. I must learn this well.

- I grew up mostly in Auckland, on the shore with two loving parents, a tormenting brother, two half sisters and a bunch of aunties. My mission is feed, clothe and shelter everyone on this planet, but first I must start with myself and the people around me. What a silly system we live in.
